Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective: October 1, 2026
Some things you tell The Quiet Oracle may reveal something about your physical or mental health, for example a question about anxiety, grief or an illness. This policy explains how we handle that information. It applies in addition to our Privacy Policy.
What we collect
The questions you ask, the readings generated from them, and, if you turn memory on, short notes on the subjects you have been asking about. We do not ask for health information. We receive it only if you choose to include it.
Why
Only to give you the readings you ask for and, with memory on, to shape your later readings. We collect and use it because it is necessary to provide the reading you requested, and with your permission. We do not use it for advertising or to build a profile of you, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Sources
You, and the readings generated for you.
Who receives it
We do not sell consumer health data and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates. It is handled by processors that work for us under contract and only on our instructions: a cloud host, a database and sign-in host in the United States, and an AI service provider that generates readings. A reading you choose to share can be seen by the person you share it with, or by anyone with its link.
Your rights
Ask whether we hold your health data, see it, get the names of the companies that handled it for us, withdraw consent, or have it deleted, including by our processors, by emailing privacy@the-quiet-oracle.com. We reply within 45 days. If we refuse, reply "appeal" and we will review it within 45 days. If we refuse the appeal, we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general.
